收益核算
4.1. 以一个5千瓦的家庭光伏电站为例，其装机容量是5KW，占地面积40-50平米，投资金额约5万，发电量日均20度左右，年发电7300度，并网模式是自发自用，余电上网。
4.2. 投资收益估算：
4.2.1. 补贴收入：0.42元/度（这里只算国家补贴）X7300度=3066元。

4.2.4. 年总收益：2044+2044+3066=7154元。

4.2.7. 目前，市场上分布式光伏电站装机费用在8-10元/瓦，通常建一个小型分布式电站预计要6-8年内收回成本。

5.7. 按照常规屋顶电站项目10元/瓦的报价，以家庭安装3千瓦的光伏发电系统为例，安装成本大约为3000*10=3万元左右。
