总承包责任范围：
配合室外施工局部地连墙的开凿破除。
负责现场总体协调工作。
机电分包责任范围：
室外综合管线图深化、建模，统筹室外各专业管线标高、雨污水井位置，统筹室外各专业施工。
负责将室内的污废水接至排水监测井，含所有管道、检查井及井盖、管沟的开挖、垫层及回填。
负责将室内的雨水接至雨水出门井，含所有管道、检查井及井盖、管沟的开挖、垫层及回填。
负责因自身施工，而产生的余土外运/处理工作。
负责所有机电系统的相关预留预埋（包含市政承包人的施工预留工）。
市政雨污水分包责任范围：
负责排水监测井至市政接入口之间的施工（含施工区域道路破除恢复，管路的供应及安装，井的砌筑）。
负责雨水出门井至市政接入口之间的施工（含施工区域道路破除恢复，管路的供应及安装，井的砌筑）。
负责排水资源的开通及办理排水许可证。
