二、项目复盘写什么？
1、可以从管理团队方面、技术开发和应用方面、新人培养方面复盘。
2、可以从挑战难题复盘。这个挑战难题时什么？在这个项目中是怎么解决的？解决过程中积累了哪些知识经验？有了那方面的成长或突破？
3、可以围绕如何出色完成项目目标开始复盘。
4、复盘的常用步骤：
①回顾目标；②结果比对；③叙述过程；④自我剖析；⑤众人设问；⑥总结规律；⑦案例佐证；⑧复盘归档。
5、复盘过程要重点注意的：
事情是上面摊派强压的，还是自己主动思考得出的？
有没有考虑其他人的情况，尤其是团队人员的情况？
决定的时候，有没有进行过充分的讨论？
讨论的时候是一言堂，还是充分调动了其他人的积极性？
自己有没有认真听取他们的意见？
是思考吸取他人意见中有价值的部分，还是极力反驳其中不准确的细节？
心态是要将事情做好，还是为了证明自己正确？
