Project Design Management

According to the functional requirements and construction objectives of the building proposed by the owner, organize the preparation of the project design task book.

Work content of the owner: put forward functional requirements; To examine and approve the design specification.

(1) Formulate work plans and plans for design bidding; ② To organize the preparation of bidding documents, contract documents and carry out bidding work; ③ Organize the negotiation of the design contract, and assist the owner to sign the design contract with the winning design unit after the approval of the owner.

3. Urge the cost consulting company to timely submit the bill of quantities, bidding control price, etc.

4. Organize the preparation of projects and annual fund use plans to examine and approve annual fund use plans.

5. Review the cost application documents such as quotation, unit price and bill of quantities submitted by the contractors.

6. Review the project progress payment, and report to the owner for appropriating the project progress payment after review.

7. Audit the engineering expenses involved in design change, engineering negotiation, visa and claim, submit audit report, and report to the owner for examination and approval of major change expenses.
