Hotel room size – Total area/room with an allocated area

High-end resort rooms with a shared area:90 to 120 square/room, the number of rooms is about:  10000 square / (90 to 120 square) ≈ 80 to 110 rooms;

High-end city hotel rooms with a shared area:75 to 90 square/room, the number of rooms is about:  10000 square / (75 to 90 square) ≈ 110 to 130 rooms;

Gym Area: Hotel Room Volume: 1.5 x 20% x 3 to 4(i.e., depending on the hotel’s grade can be 3 or 3.5 or 4, spa resort or hotel projects with large pools, the total number of people can be appropriately increased to 25% or more).

D1 x X% is consumed in this space by a certain percentage of hotel guests; D2 is the number of customers operating abroad. Mainly in Chinese restaurants for example.

Chinese restaurant:(excluding kitchen and other support space).

The area of the Chinese restaurant (hotel room volume: 1.5 x 10% to 20% plus the number of customers operating abroad). . . .  

Chinese dining room area – Number of tables in Chinese dining rooms – Number of people per table4 to 5 square/person, including room preparation and bathroom.

Multi-functional ballroom:(excluding banquet lobby, banquet hall outside the delivery aisle, furniture warehouse and other support space).

Multi-functional ballroom area – total number of desk-style meetings : 1.2 to 1.5 square /  person;

Or, the multi-functional banquet hall area – banquet-style round table type of the total number of people – 1.8 to 2.2 square/person.

(It is often useful to consider how many tables to serve for the banquet to carry out area pushback.) The area required for each table is:10 people per table about 16 square feet,12 people per table about 18 square meters).

Multi-functional banquet lobby area: total number of people to receive in the ballroom: 0.5 square/person (standing).

Room lobby area : total number of people , 75% , 0.5 square /  person (standing);

Small and medium conference room area (conference table type) – total number of meetings, 2 to 3 square/person;

Boardroom area (including an internal VIP lounge, toilet) – Total number of meetings : 3 to 4 square/person.
